Anger
Anger management is the process of learning to recognize signs that you're becoming angry, and taking action to calm down and deal with the situation in a productive way. Anger management doesn't try to keep you from feeling anger or encourage you to hold it in. Anger is a normal, healthy emotion when you know how to express it appropriately, anger management is about learning how to do this.

For example when your siblings are pestering you when your trying to relax, or when you parents tell you to do something that you know your already gonna do, or maybe even when your kid does the opposite of what you've told them to do. Anger comes in many ways, but the real problem of anger is how you can handle it. In many cases anger takes over you and your a totally different person in a few seconds, see many people don't know how to realize there angry and they also don't realize that by getting angry and reacting on that there not only hurting others but there also hurting themselves. So i've come up with a few remedies to deal with this. #1 think before you speak, because even if speaking the truth will make you feel better how would it make the other person feel? you cant take back what you say, so chose your words wisely. #2 use humor to release tension, it might be a little awkward but that's better than starting something just because your angry. #3 don't hold a grudge, If you allow anger and other negative feelings to crowd out positive feelings, you might find yourself swallowed up by your own bitterness or sense of injustice. Remember these remedies they might come in handy some day. Its kinda difficult to know when someone needs counseling because of there anger.
